What are your shipping policies?

We process and ship orders within 3-5 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that we currently ship domestically.

How do you blend your teas and spices?

We carefully blend our teas and spices based on seasonal harvests to ensure the freshest flavors and highest quality. Each blend is crafted with attention to balance and authenticity, bringing you the best natural ingredients sourced from farmers in different parts of the world.

How should I store my products?

The short answer? Don’t hide them, use them! Spices are meant to bring life to your cooking, not sit forgotten in the back of a cabinet. Try to keep them where you can easily see and reach them while cooking. That said, we know you won’t use every spice every day. For longer storage, keep them in a cool, dark, and dry space away from sunlight, heat, and humidity (like above the stove). And skip the fridge! The temperature changes can cause moisture to build up, which can affect both freshness and flavor. Just reseal the packaging or jar tightly after each use. 

Are your products organic?

While not all of our products are certified organic, we work closely with small-scale farmers & suppliers who use traditional and sustainable farming methods, ensuring high-quality, natural products.

Why is the current spice trade so problematic?

Most supermarket spices don’t come from a single farm or even a single country. Instead, they’re blended from the harvests of hundreds of farmers worldwide. These spices are collected by large corporations, mixed together, and shipped to Western countries. Once there, they pass through a long chain of importers, distributors, and repackagers before reaching store shelves. This system is not only unsustainable, but it often leaves farmers underpaid and invisible. That’s why more conscious businesses, like Noble Nature, are turning to fair-trade, single-origin sourcing because the story behind your blends should be just as rich as the flavor itself.
